I'm guessing that pics are British and from the mention that the car "pulled out of a side street", the speed limit was more than likely 60mph on lets call them open roads, or 40mph / 30mph in other areas, so the bike was probably doing somewhere between "well" over the speed limit to "stupidly" over it...
The 3d pic shows the steering wheel on the left unless the photo was flipped. Do you have many left handers there? I don't see a license plate on any of them. They probably removed the bike's plate before putting it on display.
