According to Hornady, the "tough alloy core" of their DGS (solid) and DGX (expanding) bullets is made of high antimony lead. These don't qualify as the "replacement for lead" that the original poster specified.

Yeah I know that but he refered to steel and maybe HE doesn't know that... Just giving a reference for him to take a look at.
