I got this last week and I've been slow to post...but at least I'm putting pic's with the post (should be a requirement ).

Mr. Winston makes a pretty knife that feels great in the hand. It has a slight curve to it and I'm thinking is going to be nice in use. The slabs are thicker than on most of the knives I've used and thicken more the further they get from the blade. It gives the feeling that it will give you control while slicing without having to tighten the grip. Haven't gotten to get any red on it yet, hope to this weekend.
