Yes, my barrel has a .313" neck from Hart


So I neck turn to ~.0125" (to allow some for springback and a .003" to .004" bullet grip)


and with a Forster reamer (~.003" over caliber diameter)


I can trap the neck brass between the reamer and outside neck cutter and get rid of the do-nuts and clean up the outside of the neck


and the brass ends up at ~.012"
