Keep this in mind my dad smoked for years and years...
He's feet had no blood circulation... He's feet and up his calf's to his knees's were Purple...
Yeap Purple The Dr's. would look at him and say nothing we can do... Your piping/veins are shot... He would have lived to be 100 and still driving if he didn't smoke...
This is the hardest thing you will do...
It's a second to second fight each day for about 2 years... I smoked cigs for years 17 give or take..Good luck and don't stop fighting...
