Here are scans from 1936 & 1937, I have never seen a No.21 with the fine adjustment so I do not know if they had the patent stamped on them. Also I think we all know that catalog information may not be totally accurate. I also included a picture of a couple sights that I think are No. 21's but are slightly different.
