I have a 600 Snowpeak Ti mug (single wall) and have no problems boiling 16oz (2 cups), one just turns the flame down on the Giga when it starts to boil. I carry a small piece of triple folded tinfoil for a lid. I like the 600's size - stove, fuel & 600 mug fits nice and neat as a unit in most pack's side pouches.
