I use the comb riser kit by Beartooth. I have this on several of my rifles and it works for me. The kit comes with several foam pads of different thicknesses so that you can get just the right height. It also goes a great job for me in cushioning my cheek. I believe Cabelas, as well as Midway, sells them, though I'm sure there are others.
