Not very useful/accurate for me. Best use was watching my dog chase the laser dot around the yard.
That was pretty much my experience too when I first got a laser boresighter, but the BTS software made a toy for playing with the dog into a valuable tool for setting up a new scope or realigning one taken off or adjusted. The
free program produces an alignment target customized for my gun, sight, load, zero range and the distance I have available for sighting in.
I just thought I would let others know that if they have a laser boresighter, there's free software that makes it work a lot better.
