I understand now how the site may not be completely down, but still there are plenty of times lots of guys aren't able to access the site. This can have the same effect - guys who planned to bid can't and the seller loses out. Maybe this is a reason to bid earlier? I know lot of people who never bid until the very end, saying, what's the point? There just might be a point.
