Aquire a couple of King Snakes, or other constrictors , open up an access hole. Dump them in, cover the hole up good and any others you can find. OR..you can get a German Shepard..friend of mine HAD the same problem. "Hattie" could be seen sitting patiently for hours with ears perked up. Then, like a fox diving into snow would snatch them out and chomp once or twice and swallow...
