4198 is a classic powder choice for the triple deuce.
Have had several that all shot well somewhere between 19-21 grs of 4198 and 50-52 gr bullets.
I like 50gr Hornady vmax for small varmits (are a little more explosive on the smaller stuff than Nosler b-tips), but like b-tips for coyotes (a little tougher bullet), and like the Sierra hollow points for punching paper.
I have an old Sako that dotes on 20grs of 4198 and the 50 gr vmax - 5 shot groups at 100yds into the .2-.3 range.
2015 powder has shot very well in the past as well............
