Smith recommended it. So the action to about 5" in frond of the lug is solid and the barrel is float there after. The range sesion yielded 1moa - interesting the 1st and 3rd shots were touching bug eyes, but the second was a moa flier. I figured out afterwards that the front action screw was finger tight. I'll report back after I get a few more rounds down the barrel.
