Just picked up an old Marlin in 32 Special. Serial is E30XXX, any idea of approximate age. It seems all original, no extra holes and has a Marbles rear sight. Original swivels and nice old sling. Wood is all original. Receiver was either case hardened or bluing has worn off. Barrel looks clean and has the full length magazine. Action is just slicker than anything I have ever levered before.
Was $200 with plenty of ammo a decent deal?
