It really depends on your specific needs, AJ. You mentioned that you like camping and backpacking, so maybe you're looking to keep weight to a minimum? Any special issues to consider, regarding terrain or climate? Would a "general utility" knife be most useful, or do you want to specialize more toward fishing / small game / big game ... or maybe "bushcrafting"?
