My family doesn't care for cornbread dressing (I do but majority rules) so we have a white bread dressing with the precooked turkey giblets (I add extra chicken livers and giblets)chopped in and the broth along with onions and celery a few eggs mixed in with a bit of milk to make it very moist, salt and pepper and sage (not too heavy with the sage). I also put pieces of butter all over the top. Put some in the bird if I'm doing the dressing and the rest in a pan and bake until the top is nice and crispy so there is enough for everyone with lotsa left overs laugh There is usually about 30 to 40 people for dinner.
