Would like to hunt elk & deer in the west. Should I go there and hunt public land, or hunt on private land? Comments that I have read lead me to think that if I could find a private land owner that would allow a reasonable fee, that is where I should go.
I would appreciate any and all suggestions on a place to go, that is reasonable.
