If I had to use the 32ACP it sure wouldn't be one shot. The 32ACP is not my first choice and I only carry it in the summer while walking for exercise after dark. I live in a very safe suburb so I am not really too concerned. The Beretta Tomcat is better than no gun and it easily fits in my back pocket. My other carry guns are a SIG P229 40SW and SIG GSR 1911 45ACP. They are hard to conceal under a t-shirt.
