Yep, the classic is CF so it has a slot cut for the extractor. Not a ton of meat on the back of this one, a smith could probably re-thread for something else, but it would be close. What are you wanting to put it on? By the time you went to a lot of expence re-threading, you could start with a new one for a little more $$. It would go on a non CF win with just a little work.
