OP DaSakoMan Campfire Regular Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 798 The Southern Cross.	In all fairness - all i have done to the stock is apply some tru oil / turpentine mix (50/50)- two coats so far. I have sealed the barrel channel with tru oil . The action has been bedded and the factory sights taken off (clean and uncluttered look!!) If the checkering was cut properly it would look much better IMHO Gus
