+1 for the Burris suggestion, however of the ones you mentioned I would go with the prostaff though the one I have is the older version. I have not looked much at the new ones. I might also point out that you can probably find a deal on the recently replaced VX-I leupolds for a similar price on sale. I think they are a pretty decent scope for under $200.
