I haven't had any parallax issues with the Bushnell 10X out to 1200 yards. Consistent eye placement is all it takes. If you pull your eye back just enough to check that you are centered in the fuzzy ring, you are good to go.
For many years the USMC M40A1 sniper rifle had a fixed 10X without parallax control. They did quite well with it.
