I remember long ago reading that the guns to cherish are not always the ones that are perfect; it may be that they were owned by someone who just wasn't interested in them, or they may have been woefully inaccurate. While I can appreciate a mint gun, I like to think that those who owned them before me enjoyed and cared for them.
