I have 5 of the McMillan Hunter stocks inletted for the 700 BDL SA:
Faux LVSF in 223 and 22-250
Faux CDL-SF in 243, 257 Roberts, and 260
I also have 3 Sako/Tikka Hunter stocks inletted for the 700 BDL SA and the difference is that the Sako/Tikka style inletted for the 700 action is slightly deeper, so that part of the floorplate, just ahead of the TG bow, is recessed below the level of the stock. Not a perfect fit, but not obvious to most people. If done with a blind, ADL style, magazine, I doubt that 1% of people would see or feel the difference.
I really love the fit of this stock. Not the smallest/lightest stock, but very quick to the shoulder and a perfect balance for the 24" CDL-SF barreled actions.
