How long is your length of pull? I read Rossi's website and it said 12.5". I need 13 3/4" on most bolt rifles, does it feel short?

My Rossi LOP is 12 7/8". I measured all my levers and they average 13" + or -

They don't seem short for a typiacl lever gun.
