Banking can be started up very easily. It's just another business model. Nothing magical about them, except in the way they're permitted to falsely bring money into existence through fractional reserve lending. It happened each time after we tossed out the international banks from the US. They were called wildcat banks, and they popped up all over the place when we kicked out the international bankers under Jefferson, then Jackson.
