On your gun I would use a drop of superglue, and I would not tape lug anywhere like on a traditional Remington, etc.

Apply release agent liberally to lug and surrounding metal. Not a lot of area to bed at rear of receiver. I would apply some putty etc so the bedding doesn't come in contact with trigger group. I left the trigger on in past Tikka bedding jobs. I just masked off the trigger with tape to protect it from any overflow.

Also, careful with the bedding around the bolt release. There is a pin that sticks down into a slot on the side of the stock, you don't want any bedding in that area. Don't really need to go that far forward with bedding compound anyway.
