This rifle is the one that's been on GB forever with a bolt thru the wrist. Definately shows the screw though. The highest number I have is 112500A but no dates for it. Mine is 110740A, first type. Letter indicates it was returned to the factory and resold in December 1913. Too many of these will skew any count. Jeff, regarding a factory letter, it's up to you. You just don't know what info you'll get aside from acceptance and ship dates. If you do letter it we'd like to know what you received, if you don't mind.
