I will be testing the 130 gr VLD made by JLK which have a BC of .620 hoping to get in the 3500 fps range with my 30" Shilen barrel 6 grove 1 in 8 twist. The big bullet I want to try is the Woodleigh 160 gr PPSN which should be able to reach 3000fps or more as the Hornady 160gr round nose shows 2861fps in the hodgdon on line data charts. the pointed soft point should have better bc as the hornady has a .283 bc and the woodleigh has a .509 bc.
