I had to have a few things this year. The First one is a beauty from David Winston. He pushed me over the edge by offering %20 off the same day he listed this awesome model 71 with white jigged bone handles. The second one is a F Dick fillet with a 7" blade that will have to do till I can get a Menefee catfish knife. The last one is a Victronix boning knife that was highly recommended by those who know stuff.
