My advice is, don't go cheap on the paper, wrap it as tight and air free as possible. Make sure your freezer seal is good too....the air moving in the freezer can speed burn.

I use last years leftovers in this years sausage.....so I always have fresh meat and sausage isn't made from my choice cuts.
