The Skinners are top notch. I have them on several of my Marlins & I'll give you an tip. I always get the bass front sight dovetail insert in .500" tall ($16.00) & file it to the desired height. My 1894 needed almost all of the .500" height but my 39A needed filing down to about .355" Easy to trim & you have plenty to work with from the get-go. Best money I've ever spent on aftermarket sights! Good luck!
