I don't use the Fiocchi hull (yet...) I suggest get the manual and find a good target load for 1 1/8th shot, using readily available powder9s0 and wads. Try 1 oz. and 7/8 oz. later. 1 1/8 oz of 7.5's about 1200 fps will work fine for quail and clay targets. More shot and recoil than you might want for more than a couple rounds of trap per day but they will powder clays and hammer quail nicely.
A little advice- whatever loader you choose, check the powder charge thrown on a scale for accuracy. The bushing charts are a guide really and may or may not yield what the load calls for. You likely wouldn't get into trouble with 12 ga. target loads, excess pressure-wise but light loads may not cycle an auto-loader reliably. In the smaller gauges, 'standard' operating pressures are much higher and charge control needs to be more accurate to avoid pressure "issues".
