I've killed quite a few blacktails with that bullet, pushed over 2600 fps. It kills deer very nicely.

It has such a low BC that I think it actually matters in this case <grin>. Not a good choice very far out, or if it's real windy.

The 200-gn Accubond is intriguing. The 225-gn Partition is a well-behaved bullet on deer, for better or worse.

Haven't posted this in a while... exit wound from a 200-gn Hornady SP on a very small buck, 2625 fps MV, range was 20 yards.
