Second the Howard light banded style. I used them on a weekly basis, much more conventant than the plugs to use. Was introduce to them years ago from a friend that worked for Frontier Airlines. That is what they issued to employees. Half the price of the Allen. The stems that hold the changeable plugs do break, but I drilled out a hole and epoxie a cut finish nail in where the old stem was. They come with an extra pair of plugs. They are a yoke design make sure the angle is pointing forward.
