Here are a couple of choices.
If you do a search, Leica # 42220 is a universal binocular
mount with a rubber strap.

Also Nikon makes the Binoc u mount, # 820. I have this one
and is a universal mount, uses velcro straps.

The one mentioned above is for a small rangefinder, not for
a heavy binocular.
