One thing is for sure. You have to adapt to an older age class of bucks. I am happy with a nicer buck every two or three years than all of the spikes and forkhorns we used to kill. Mr. Alt did a great job with our bears. We have many more opportunities to hunt them than we did 30-40 years ago. As far as the deer go, we still see plenty of roadkills so they must be out there.
