I have used 160 accubonds and 154 hornady interbonds for antelope, deer and elk.

I believe the 154 to 160 grain bullet is the optimum when considering the factors bullet weight, MBR, velocity, BC, and energy retention.

I have tried other calibers, but the 7 RM is my go to for western hunting.
