Had a Burris 2-7 w/3P4 and loved it, shot SMALL groups at 200 yds with a Sako 260, as around 1" and POI was non issue w/clicks.
The Bushnell plex seems to come between the duplex and heavy in thickness IME and works fine, good glass, strong value.
Leupold - already been said. Everyone's eyes are different and needs. Was not a big fan of the 2.5-8 Zeiss, much preferred a later 3-9x40 Conquest and also a 4x32. Just my eyes and experience.
Any of those work, the Burris w/3P4 is a killer deal w/reticle choice and very hunter friendly/practical IME.
