A favorite 7 x 57 load many years ago was a 139 grain CIL bullet with 45 grains of IMR-4320 .
The Shah of Iran used the CIL 7 mm 139 gr factory load for sheep hunting .

With all the new 7 mm bullets available a suitable load should not be difficult to find.
