This comes directly from the Koran which requires a rape victim to have 4 witnesses to testify about a rape in order for the rapist to receive justice. Furthermore, Islamic law outlaws sex outside of marriage and she admitted to this crime. So the rapist and the victim are punished for the crime of sex outside of marriage. Muslim religion at it's finest.
