Just about as simple as you giving a price to start with. It's all fine by me and I'm not the forum police but I may not have any interest without first knowing the price.
When a price isn't given it makes me wonder if you are looking to sell to the highest bidder or any number of other reasons, any of which causes me to not want to be involved in the transaction.
