I have finished up with the stock and foreend wood. I put a coat of spar urethane on the checkering and unfinished wood interior surfaces, under grip cap and recoil pad. As well as the inside of the fore end. I plan to warm up the blued action by my wood stove and then slaver it with beakfree and let it dry. Hopefully, it will fine if I have bad weather on my spring bear hunt. Did I miss anything? I will tape the end of the barrel to seal off the bore.
