I may just blacken up the blade a bit, not sure. What do you think? A little forced patina, or leave it alone?
I like em both but natural's got more soul.
Use it on some onions and/or citrus and it'll darken up in a hurry.
I'd still like to see one of those two blade models with a bottle opener.
