yep.....they just gotta punish the sport hunters that are doing nothing but keeping old past breeding age bulls from having to go through the hell of starving to death slowly.....every one of these idiots ought to be forced to read and reread Peter Beard's 'The End of the Game' and see just what happens when two many elephants are in to small of an area.....the pictures aint pretty
