Elk, I've said it once, I'll say it again. You have some TOUGH jackrabbits out in New Mexico if you have to use a 7x57 to kill them. Tough! grin
As I've said before,also used a .375 H&H and a .416 Rigby on these Jackrabbits. wink

It was interesting as to what a .416" 410 gr Woodleigh softpoint going 2400 fps will do to a wascally wabbit. cool
