I bought a Ruger American about a month ago in 7mm-08. I've been very happy with this rifle. Took it to the range and with handloads was staying in the 1/2 to 3/4 inch range at 100yds. It shoots close to my Coopers at about $1500 price diference. Now that's an endorsement! That IS an endorsement. I don't need another truck gun, but this thread has me wanting to try a RAR.
