Season starts August 16-31 which is a great time to get out of the heat and enjoy the cool mountains of New Mexico. We also have a fall season that starts Sept. 23- Nov. 15. We have a full service bear camp equipped with everything needed to make your hunt comfortable and successful. The hunting will be done behind our pack of well trained hounds. Mules and horses will be available for hunting wilderness areas. Most of our hunts will be conducted in the Ruidoso,NM area. If quotas are filled in that area we will hunt in the Pecos, Grants, or Gila areas. We have hunted all of these areas in the past and have had good luck in all of them. Myself and my guides are expert houndsman and have tons of experience hunting Bear and Mountain Lion in the mountains of New Mexico. [/img] 5-day bear hunts include meals, lodging, full guide services, and trophy preparation. Transportation to and from the hunt not included. Limit of 2 hunters per 5 day hunt. Hunt cost $2500. Non-resident Black Bear License is $260, Game Hunting License $65 Habitat Stamp $5 Habitat Management& Access validation $4 Vendor Fee $1 For a total of: $335 References available.
