sometimes they can be the focus of starting a good conversation.

From time to time if I'm in a group of guys that haven't heard all my BS, I'll pull out my stainless Zippo and hand it to a guy and ask if he's ever seen a $1,300 Zippo. Well he'll take a good look at this Zippo. Usually he'll say, what' makes that a $1300 zippo. I'll then explain that I had a tenant that would steal anything he could. I managed to let him get a month behind on the rent. I filed for eviction. Once I got him out and came in the trailer, he had rolled up the carpet and padding (did me a favor as it was 6 or 7 years old) and took it. Stole the window units and even took the hot water heater. Only thing left of value in the whole damn trailer was this Zippo lighter. I'll then say, wouldn't you say that was a $1300 lighter. LOL

Count me in!!!
