I have taken one 5x5 bull elk as well as many WI whitetails with my 7mm WSM shooting 160gr Accubonds as well as a 6x6 bull elk with my 325 WSM shooting 200gr Accubonds. The bullets I have recovered very much resemble the pictures above and the performance and accuracy have always been more than acceptable.
The ones I have recovered are interestingly almost always right around 70% weight retention.
I wouldn't hesitate to shoot anything with them.

300 WSM 180gr Accubonds
30-06 180gr Accubonds
300 Win Mag 180gr Accubonds
7mm Rem Mag 160gr Accubonds
270 WSM 140gr Accubonds
